Qualification Process
So all this buzz about Leadership and bonuses has you curious. The obvious question then is, "Where do I sign up, and when can I start earning bonuses?". Well, fortunately Avon has made the qualification process really simple.
The Leadership qualification process begins the first time you choose "Leadership Bonus" as your recruiting reward for an Avon or mark recruit on the new Representative's contract. This can occur as soon as you have begun your career as an Avon or mark Representative - by using your Upline Representative's Avon or mark Appointment Kits with your new recruits, until you are eligible to order your own each campaign.
The next step in the Leadership qualification process is to order the Leadership Success Kit. The best time to order it would be as soon as you decide to engage in Leadership. It contains everything you need to get off to a fast start in Leadership.
The rest of the process is up to you. Your upline representative or the district office can provide assistance and answer any questions. When you meet specific requirements, both personally and as a total unit, you will achieve the position of Unit Leader. You will then be eligible to receive bonuses on the sales of your unit members.
Leadership Bonuses
Once you become a Unit Leader or above, you are eligible for bonuses earned as a result of your own personal appointing and training efforts. These include earnings of 1% to 12% of the Leadership sales of your unit members’ paid orders of $150 or more in Award Sales within a given campaign.
